About Me

I’m Adrian, aka That Ginger, a design leader, UX specialist, and unapologetic geek. With 17+ years in the creative space, I’ve evolved from illustrator to award-winning designer to leading multi-disciplinary design teams. My passion lies in shaping human-centered, intuitive, and impactful experiences while mentoring the next generation of designers. I see myself as a role model and strive to be someone others can look up to, balancing innovation with empathy in everything I do. I believe design leadership is as much about people as it is about products, everyone has something to teach, and everyone has something to learn. When I’m not guiding design strategy, you’ll find me hanging out with my son (my #1 priority), nerding out in comic bookstores, or chasing adrenaline on two wheels.
